I am married with 3 children. I have over 10 years in customer service experience and over 9 years in the restaurant/ hospitality industry. I was born in Jackson, MS my father was in the military so my family and I moved around a lot. We stayed in Washington state after my father died in the military. I began my journey in this industry by chance, I needed a job fast. I enjoy my job so much I still do it. I decided to write this blog to help other servers and FOH (front of house) staff grow and prosper in this tough economy.
